After scaling to 30+ doors in 4 years, my goals shifted:

  • Iโ€™m repositioning my portfolio to be easier to manage
  • Iโ€™m selling older buildings and SFHs
  • Iโ€™m focused on new construction, low-maintenance assets

This particular property was due for some big upgrades:
