There we were, 4+ years ago – slugging away at our corporate jobs, feeling uninspired, craving financial independence.

I remember (Grace here 👋) when I had two male coworkers try to micromanage me at my mechanical engineering job and thinking "Is this what the next 30-40 years is going to be like?!"

So when we discovered real estate investing – MTR and multi-family for Amelia, BRRRR & LTR for me – it was like a fuse had been lit. 🔥

It was hella scary, Reader... but all of a sudden, that excitement was there. And it just couldn’t be contained. We each quit our full-time jobs and dove into the world of real estate.

We wish we could tell you it was easy.
