Letās talk about ways that YOU could find your next property. In honor of Valentineās Day this week (or Galentineās Day around here š), weāre going to be talking about love. But not the kind of love you think... š LOVE LETTERS! š One of our favorite ways to source deals is through love letters. A love letter is when you send a hand-written letter to a property owner in hopes that they will sell their property to you. Back in 2020 I actually bought my very first home by sending one of these! We also did a podcast episode on this recently, take a listen! How To Use āLove Lettersā To Source Properties šš§ā I walked by this particular house everyday and noticed that it was vacant. So I found the ownerās new address on the county assessorās site and mailed them a letter introducing myself and telling them I wanted to buy their home. And it WORKED! š I challenge you to send 3 love letters today. Properties that have a lot of mail, overgrown yards, or excess garbage may be vacant and therefore have more motivated sellers.
